Global Bereavement Leadership Index 2025
Blaze Coaching is proud to introduce the Global Bereavement Leadership Index 2025, an initiative designed to explore and recognise the best bereavement policies in organisations around the world.
Our goal is to understand how companies provide grief support to employees, compare it with government-mandated entitlements, and identify the leading practices that can help improve employee wellbeing during one of life’s most difficult times.
My Story
Coaching is my passion and I'd like to change how the world views grief and bereavement, partiuclarly in the workplace.
Since 2008, I’ve been successfully coaching clients throughout Australia and facilitating their self-growth and transformation through transition.
If you are feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands, my services aim to introduce clarity and self-motivation.
With personal experience, I specialise in Grief Recovery - whether it be living loss (divorce, separation, redundancy) or death, can provide major opportunities for growth. With the right guidance, care and compassion you can set yourself on a path of recovery.
I also teach techniques to better manage the emotional stress of everyday life with a focus on values alignment, meditation and mindfulness.
